Immer wieder wertvoll: einfach erstmal denken – alles erstmal in alle Richtungen raus lassen. Wie gut das funktioniert konnte ich diese Woche wieder feststellen. Vor allem für Menschen die völlig unvoreingenommen unbedarft an die Sache rangehen, so wie meine Teampartnerinnen Nessie und Gazelle, die nach einem Tag die Wand voll hatten – und das an ihrem zweiten Tag im Job! Wir haben daraus ein Konzept entwickelt und konnten mit dem guten Gefühl, zumindest einen guten Ansatz im Gepäck zu haben, zum ersten Schulterblick in den Warroom marschieren.
